摘要 采用溶剂-非溶剂重结晶细化技术制备了平均粒径为520.9nm的亚微米级TATB,与扫描电镜照片进行了对比。对超细TATB的性能进行了测试,以零间隙小隔板试验和爆发点试验为基础,研究了超细TATB的能量输出和热感度。结果表明,与原料TATB相比,亚微米TATB的爆发点降低了3.22%,钢凹值提高了8.51%,并对其原因进行了理论分析。 In this paper, the sub-micron TATB particle was prepared with solvent-nonsolvent recrystallization technology, its mean particle diameter is 520.9nm, control experiment was carried out with SEM. Performances of sub-micron TATB particle was tested, the energy output of sub-micron TATB particle was studied based on zero-gap small scale test and its thermal sensitivity test was studied at the same time. Comparing the ultrafine TATB with raw material, it can be found that the explosion point of 5s delay is reduced 3.22%, its steel dent is increased 8.51%, and reasons were analyzed at the same time.
