摘要
目的探讨恢复期护理干预对老年急性心肌梗死患者机体功能状态、生活质量、心理状况等方面的影响。方法将94例初发急性心肌梗死的老年患者随机分为对照组和干预组各47例，对照组患者给予常规院内护理及出院随访；干预组患者在此基础上给予恢复早期护理干预，采用SAQ、SDS评分对两组患者出院2、12周机体功能状态、生活质量、心理状况等进行统计比较。结果出院2周两组患者SAQ、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），出院12周两组患者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），干预组患者机体功能状态、生活质量、心理状态均明显优于对照组。结论恢复期护理干预可有效提高老年急性心肌梗死患者机体功能及生活质量，改善预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of the convalescent nursing intervention on elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction on the aspects of the body functional status, life quality and psy- chological status. Methods Ninety-four elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction who left the hos- pital from September 2010 to April 2012 were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, and 47 patients in each group. Patients in the control group, adopted the hospital nursing and the follow-up after they left the hospital; And patients in the intervention group adopted the early recovery nursing intervention on the basis of the above two methods, then use the SAQ and the SDS score to take the statisical comparison on the patients of the two groups after they left the hospital 2 W and 12 W on the as- pects of their body function status, life quality and psychological status. Results The SAQ, SDS score of patients in the intervention group who left the hospital 12 W had the significant differences of patients who left the hospital 2 W. The SAQ, SDS score of patient in control group who left the hospital 12 W had sig- nificant differences of patients in the intervention group （ P 〈 0. 05）. The body functional status, life quali- ty and psychological status of the patients in the intervention group were significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusions The convalescent nursing intervention can effectively enhance the body func- tional status, life quality and improve the prognosis of the elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction.
