摘要
通过实验考察绝缘油用添加剂对不同芳烃含量绝缘油紫外光安定性的影响。结果表明,不含芳烃的高压加氢绝缘油的紫外光安定性优于溶剂精制工艺生产的含芳烃绝缘油。不同受阻酚型抗氧剂对油品紫外光安定性影响的程度不同。抗氧剂添加量越大,绝缘油变色越快,待抗氧剂消耗完后,油品颜色逐渐恢复至未加抗氧剂绝缘油的水平,且抗氧剂添加量越大,完全恢复所需的时间越长。绝缘油中添加某些金属减活剂时会产生少许沉淀。
Effect of additives on light stability of insulating oils with different aromatic contents was studied. The results show that light stability of high-pressure hydrorefining oil containing no aromatics is better than that of solvent refined oil with certain aromatics. The degree of impact of hindered phenol ic antioxidants on light stability of insulating oils varies with different antioxidants. The more the antioxidant added in insulting oil, the sooner the color changes. Only when the antioxidant runs out, does the color of insulating oil return to that of oil with no antioxidants. The more the antioxidant content, the longer it takes to recover to normal. Adding some metal deactivator to insulating oil will produce sediment.
