摘要
对抗氧剂的选用原则、应用领域、技术特点、典型生产工艺及国内外现状作了介绍，指出了今后抗氧剂的发展趋势。
The principle for selection,application field,technical characteristics,typical production process as well as the present situation of antioxidants at home and abroad have been described in this paper, and the developing trend of the antioxidants in the future have also been presented.
