摘要 汽车踏板衬套安装要求准度高,要求保障衬套压装后尺寸的公差值、平行度与完整性。汽车踏板衬套的人工压装比较容易,但质量难以保证,劳动强度较大。通过分析汽车踏板衬套的压装工艺,设计了衬套自动压装系统,并且确定了回转台的自动给进、踏板装夹、自动送料及衬套的双向压装工艺。采用自动压装提高了生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度,保证了汽车踏板衬套的安装质量。 The installation of automobile pedal bushing is required to have high accuracy to ensure parallelism, integrity and size tolerance. Artificial press-fit of automobile pedal bushing is relatively easy, but the quality is difficult to guarantee and the labor inten- sity is quite great. By analyzing process technics of automobile pedal bushing, the bushing automatic press-fit system was designed, and technics of the automatic feeding of the rotary table, the pedal clamping, the automatic feeding of the bushing and the two-way press-fit of bushing were determined. Adopting automatic press-fit process, the production efficiency is increased, the manual labor intensity is reduced, and the quality of the installation automobile pedal bushing is ensured.
