摘要 目的:研究CAD/CAM全氧化锆嵌体在牙体中应用的相关问题。方法:对32颗修复的全氧化锆嵌体病例进行临床分析并随访。结果:随访1年,1例在粘结后1个月出现嵌体脱落,经过重新备洞并再次粘结后,随访至今未再脱落,粘结后总的稳固率为96.88%(31/32);敏感发生率为9.38%(3/32),敏感症状半年后逐渐自动消失;无嵌体折裂和继发龋出现。32颗修复体从形态、美观、色泽、边缘密合度、患者满意度等方面均达到满意效果。结论:严把技术关,精细操作,采用合适的粘结材料,掌握一定的全瓷粘结技巧,CAD/CAM全氧化锆嵌体可在牙体修复中取得较为满意的效果。 Objective: To study on the application of CAD/CAM Zirconia Inlay in the reconstruction of teeth.Methods : The reconstructed teeth of 32 eases of Zirconia Inlay were analysed of and followed-up.Results: During one year's follow-up, there was one case that the inlay came out a month after bonding, and after a second cavity preparation and bonding, it had not dropped again up to now.The overall stable rate was 96.88% (31/32) after the second bonding.The occurrence of hypersensitivity was 9.38%(3/32) and the hypersensitivity disappears gradually half a year later.No inlay jackknifing Or secondary caries occurred.All of the 32 restorations were satisfying in shape, color and luster, marginal fit, patients' satisfaction degree.Conclusion: With strict technology, fine operation, proper bonding materials and certain skills of all-ceramic bonding, CAD/CAM Zirconia Inlay can reach satisfactory clinical results on the reconstruction of teeth.
