摘要
目的了解Cerec2型机摄像头的口外控制装置对CAD CAM全瓷底层冠适合性的影响。方法采用口外控制装置的摄像头与未使用控制装置的摄像头对照,分别采集光学印模形成数字化模型,加工VitaMKⅡ及自行研制的多孔氧化铝瓷,制作24个全瓷底层冠,经包埋、切开后,使用扫描电镜和计算机图像分析仪测量底层冠内部和边缘间隙,比较其适合性差异。结果使用控制装置组同未使用控制装置组相比:颊侧颈部间隙有明显差异(P<0.05),轴壁间隙除舌侧外,在近中、远中、颊侧均有显著性差异(P<0.05),在远中顶壁、颊侧顶壁、舌侧顶壁均有显著性差异(P<0.05);VitaMKⅡ底层冠与多孔氧化铝底层冠在边缘间隙及内部间隙均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论使用控制装置的Cerec2型机有效地减小了人为操作造成底层冠内部间隙的误差,为底层冠的粘接剂提供均匀的内部空间;自行研制的多孔氧化铝瓷经机加工后,其适合性与VitaMKⅡ相似,均达到了临床的要求。
Objective To investigate the effect of camera control devices of Cerec 2 on the fit of CAD/CAM all_ceramic copyings of posterior tooth. Methods 24 all_ceramic copyings were made by Cerec 2 with camera control devices and that without camera control devices. Copyings were embed and sectioned, then SEM and image analyzer was used to measure the space between the copyings and dies at the marginal opening, the axial wall, and the occlusal adaptation at the measurement locations. Results ①The marginal fit at buccal space of copyings with camera control devices group was smaller than that without camera control devices group(P<0.05). ②The internal fit of of copyings had statistically significant difference at mesio_axial,disto_axial,bucco_axial,bucco_occlusal,linguo_occlusal and disto_occlusal space between camera control device group and without camera control devices group(P<0.05). ③There was no statistical difference on the marginal fit and internal fit of copyings between Vita MK Ⅱ and porous alumina oxide(P<0.05). Conclusion The Cerec 2 with camera control devices reduced effectively the inaccuracy of inner space of copyings which contributed from the technical errors of the operator, and provided well_proportioned space for adhesive. Both the fit of copyings made of Vita MK Ⅱand porous alumina oxide satisfied the clinical demand.
