摘要
义是基于天地秩序对人类社会秩序的理解,义政是基于社会运行规则提出的行政学说,其要求君臣上下皆服从于社会的道德共识、价值认同与行为规范。相对于仁政说,义政说侧重强调国君对天下的责任和义务、强化民众对社会道义的谨守和遵从,因而成为周秦诸子对公共秩序理解的学说基点,成为秦汉帝制建构的理论来源之一。
The moral justices is how to comprehension the social order based on the universe order,the policy of moral justice is how to put forward the administrative doctrine based on social operation rules,and demand that emperors and subjects must submit to the moral consensus,value identity,behavior criterion.Compared with the policy of benevolence,the policy of moral justice emphasizes the responsibility and obligation of emperors;strengthens observance of moral justices of people.So it become the doctrinal foundation that how to comprehension the public order of philosophers in Zhou-Qin period,and one of the theoretical source of monarchy construction in Qin-Han period.
