摘要
脱硫石膏是一种颗粒细小,品位高的工业副产石膏,脱硫石膏中的二水石膏经过煅烧后可以转变为半水石膏而具有胶凝性.文章研究了不同煅烧温度和粉磨时间下脱硫石膏的基本性能,通过XRD分析了在不同煅烧温度和同一煅烧温度不同时间下脱硫石膏物相组成的变化,为利用脱硫石膏制备建筑石膏提供理论参考。结果表明,在185℃煅烧温度下煅烧2.5h的脱硫石膏的绝干抗压强度达到13.3MPa,延长粉磨时间,脱硫石膏标准稠度用水量增加,力学性能降低,但加水后的分层离析现象消失。
Desulfurization gypsum is an industry waste which has a small partical size and high purity, the dihydrate phase in the desulfurization gypsum can transform to hemihydrate phase after calcined. The basic property of the desulfurization gypsum under different calcination temperature and grinding time was studied, the phase change of desulfurization gypsum in the differnent calcination temperature and different calcination time under same calcination temperature were analysed by XRD, which provide theoreticle references on the preparation of building gypsum from desulfurization gypsum. The results show that the dry compressive strength achived 13MPa for the sample calcinated for 2.5h under 185℃, the water requirement of normal consistensy increased and the mechanical property reduced when the grinding time is extended, but the segregation of gypsum paste is disappeared.
