摘要
G块油藏为一深层、厚层块状普通稠油油藏,在开展直井网火驱现场试验时,存在火驱平面波及不均及纵向火线超覆的问题,从而影响火驱效果。利用数值模拟方法,对直井水平井组合火驱布井方式、注气井射孔位置及厚度、注气速度等注采参数进行研究,将水平井引入到直井网火驱试验,进行直平组合火驱开发。设计水平井部署在注气井侧下方,水平井长度300m,注气井射开油层上部1/3,注气井最大注气速度为3×104~4×104m3/d。直平组合火驱现场实施后,水平井产量稳定,周围直井产量上升,获得了较好的开发效果。
The reservoirs of G block are deep,massive,conventional heavy oil reservoirs,and have problems of uneven areal sweep and vertical fire front override in the fire flood test with vertical well pattern.Numerical simulation has been performed to study well pattern,perforation interval and air injection rate of fire flood with combination of vertical and horizontal wells,thus introduced horizontal well into vertical well pattern fire flood.Horizontal well is disposed on the side lower part of air injector,with horizontal length of 300 m.Air injector is perforated for the upper 1/3 of oil reservoir,and the maximum air injection rate is 3 × 10 4~4 × 10 4 m 3/d.The combination of vertical and horizontal wells has been implemented in the fire flood block,and satisfactory development result has been achieved,the horizontal well production is stable,and the production of its surrounding vertical wells also increases.
