S断块稠油油藏直井与水平井组合蒸汽吞吐工艺参数优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 S断块为一中低孔、中低渗、深层稠油油藏,蒸汽吞吐先导试验表明,该断块适于应用蒸汽吞吐技术开采。应用数值模拟方法对蒸汽吞吐开发方式、注采工艺参数进行了优化,结果表明,直井与水平井组合蒸汽吞吐+蒸汽驱技术较其他方式开发效果好,具体优化参数为:水平井段长为300 m,注采井排距、直井井距均为100 m,井底蒸汽干度须大于40%,注汽速度在360 m3/d左右,直井、水平井一周期注汽强度为60 t/m、10 t/m,注汽量为1 800 m3,3 000 m3,注汽压力在18 MPa以上,焖井时间6天左右。 The S-block is a low-middle porosity and low-middle permeability reservoir.The steam stimulation pilot test shows that the steam stimulation technology is suitable for S-block.By using the numerical simulation method to optimize the steam huff and puff development mode and injection-production parameters,the study results show the development effect with the combination of vertical and horizontal wells is the best,the length of horizontal interval is 300 m,and the injection-production wells row spacing and vertical well spacing is both 100 m.The downhole steam dryness must be more than 40%,the steam injection rate is about 360 m3/d,vertical and horizontal wells' cyclic injection intensity is 60 t/m,10 t/m,the injection volume is 1 800 m3,3000 m3,the steam injection pressure is above 18 MPa,and the soak time is about 6 days.The study can provide reliable basis for the similar reservoirs in the optimization of development mode and injection-production parameters.
