摘要
高速切削加工技术是一项应用广泛的先进制造技术,对高速面铣刀的设计及加工的研究,一直是高速切削加工技术发展的一个重要的研究方向。本文主要对高速面铣刀的设计与加工进行研究,通过分析与实验相结合的方法,对面铣刀的几何参数、几何角度与切削力之间的关系、刀体设计、加工工序等方面的特点进行了分析和总结。
High speed machining technology is a wide range of applications of advanced manufacturing technology, and high-speed face milling cutter is a tool to use in high-speed machining. As in the process of high-speed milling cutter tool structure in high-speed surface design, the manufacturing precision of the cutter body, the reliability of the tool assem- bly of the quality and effectiveness of the milling process has a direct impact, therefore, the high-speed surface cutter de- sign and processing, has been an important research direction in the development of high-speed machining technology. Of this study include: tool design to establish the finite element model of the tool and analysis for secondary development in the VC environment. The research for this article, for promoting the development of high-speed milling technology as well as high-speed face milling cutter design and processing, has a positive meaning, research and design work will play a valuable reference.
