摘要
介绍了机夹可转位面铣刀CAD系统的开发方法 ,重点说明在SolidWorks软件上建立机夹可转位面铣刀的三维参数化实体及工程图的科学方法 ,以及采用集成化的数据管理模式完成数据提取、数据整理和数据传递的全部过程。将刀具设计专家的经验采集到系统中 ,使刀具设计更具合理性。最终达到输入已知数据 ,系统即可自动产生出刀具的三维装配图、零件图及完善的二维工程图。
The developing ways of the CAD systems of indexable surface milling cutter,mainly including the scientific method of how to use SolidWorks software to establish the three-dimensional parametric entity and two-dimensional parametric engineering graphics of indexable surface milling cutter,and applying integrated database management mode to complete the whole process of data extracting,data clearing and data transferring,are expounded.These methods consolidate cutter-design experts' experience into the system, make cutter design more reasonable,and finally achieve the goal of automatically completing the (cutter's) three-dimensional assembly graphics,accessory graphics and two-dimensional engineering graphics when known data are input.
