摘要 研制了一种利用在筒体上设置振动传感器来测量磨煤机料位的装置。在某电厂的C磨煤机上进行现场安装测试,并进行了料位扰动试验,结果表明:筒体振动式料位测量装置能够准确地反映增减煤引起的磨煤机料位变化过程,达到了测量装置开发的预期目标和实际使用要求。 A vibration sensor to measure coal mill shell material level is developed. The coal mill C in a power plant has been installed and tested, and material level disturbance test has been carried on. The results show that the cylinder vibrating material level measuring device can accurately reflect the changes of the material level due to the increase or decrease of the coal, and the device achieved the anticipation as well as met the requirement of practice.
