摘要
对低负荷下磨煤机的状态控制改造进行了探讨。针对燃煤机组投运制粉自动控制系统后,在低负荷自动调节状态下制粉系统波动大,不能保持制粉系统最佳出力状态和安全、稳定、经济运行的问题,通过增加磨煤机运行状态监测系统进行改造,将其原来的大幅度调节改为精细化调节,实现低负荷状态下系统的稳定运行。
This paper discussed the state control reformation of coal mills under low load. In view of the problem that the pulverizing system fluctuates greatly, and the pulverizing system cannot maintain the optimal output state and safe, stable and economical operation under the low-load automatic adjustment state after the coal-fired unit is put into operation with automatic pulverizing control system, the operation status monitoring system is transformed from the original large-scale adjustment to the refined adjustment, so as to realize the stable operation of the system under low load conditions.
