益生菌对高脂饮食诱导的大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响 被引量:4

The effect of probiotics on the insulin resistance induced by high fat diet in rats

摘要 目的观察益生菌对高脂饲料喂养的SD大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法 30只雄性健康SD大鼠正常喂养1周后,随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型组、益生菌干预组[即在高脂饲料喂养的基础上给予培菲康210 mg/(只.d)灌胃]。14周末,处死所有大鼠,测量大鼠体重,检测血清及肝匀浆液中脂质和葡萄糖的变化,评价胰岛素抵抗程度,并检测血浆内毒素水平。结果 (1)与对照组比较,模型组大鼠肝指数明显升高(P<0.05);益生菌治疗后肝指数无明显降低(P>0.05)。(2)与对照组比较,模型组存在脂质代谢紊乱(P<0.05),益生菌治疗后脂代谢紊乱明显改善(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组比较,模型组胰岛素抵抗指数明显升高(P<0.05),胰岛素敏感指数明显降低(P<0.05),存在胰岛素抵抗,益生菌治疗后胰岛素抵抗改善(P<0.05)。(4)与对照组比较,模型组血浆内毒素水平明显升高(P<0.05),存在内毒素血症,益生菌治疗后内毒素血症减轻(P<0.05)。结论益生菌可减轻内毒素血症,改善高脂饮食诱导的胰岛素抵抗。 Objective To observe the effect of probiotics on insulin resistance in SD rats fed with high fat diet.Methods Thirty male SD rats,after fed with normal diet for 1 week,were randomly divided into normal control group(group C),model group fed with high fat diet(M group),and treatment group(group T,treated with bifico 210 mg per rat daily by gastric lavage,based on high fat diet).After 14 weeks,all the rats were executed.The weight,levels of serum lipids,liver homogenate lipids,and glucose were measured.The degree of insulin resistance was evaluated.The level of plasma endotoxin was determined.Results(1) Compared with control group,the liver index in model group was significantly increased(P〈0.05).Administration of probiotics didn't obviously reduce the liver index.(2) Compared with control group,the model group had disorders of lipid metabolism(P〈0.05).Administration of probiotics significantly improved the disorders of lipid metabolism(P〈0.05).(3) Compared with control group,the insulin resisance index(IRI) was significantly increased(P〈0.05) and the insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was significantly reduced(P〈0.05) in model group,suggesting existence of insulin resistance.Administration of probiotics significantly improved insulin resistance(P〈0.05).(4) Compared with control group,the model group developed endotoxemia and the level of plasma endotoxin was significantly increased(P〈0.05).Administration of probiotics improved endotoxemia(P〈0.05).Conclusion Probiotics can relieve endotoxemia and improve insulin rensistance induced by high fat diet.
