摘要
目的探讨血管闭合钳——"结扎速"血管闭合系统(LigaSure)在非脱垂子宫阴式切除术中应用的优势。方法回顾性分析31例非脱垂子宫患者应用LigaSure行阴式全子宫切除术(LigaSure组)的临床资料,并与同一术者以传统缝扎法手术的32例(传统缝扎组)进行比较。结果 LigaSure组平均手术时间、术中出血量均明显少于传统缝扎组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与传统缝扎组比较,LigaSur组抗生素应用时间缩短,应用强度明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LigaSure具有安全、可靠、操作简单、方便、省时、省力等优势,在妇科手术中具有广泛应用价值,尤其适合于经阴道手术困难的大子宫及附件切除等深部手术的临床应用。
Objective To discuss the advantages of the LigaSure vessel sealing system used in non-prolapsed transvaginal hysterectomy.Methods The clinical data in 31 cases of non-prolapsed transvaginal hysterectomy with LigaSure vessel sealing system（LigaSure group） were retrospectively analyzed and compared with those in 32 cases of traditional suture（traditional suture group） by the same doctor respectively.Results The average operation time and blood loss in the LigaSure group were obviously less than those in the traditional suture group with statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Compared with the traditional group,the duration of antibiotic application in the LigaSur group was shortened and its application intensity was decreased obvi ously,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The LigaSure has the advantages of safety,reliability,easy operation,convenience,timesaving and labor saving,possesses the wide application value in gynecological operations,especially suits to the clinical application of deep part operations such as hysterectomy of gigantic uterus and ac cessory with the transvaginal operation difficulty.
