摘要
通过对 LOM中废料分离原理的分析 ,提出一种可变网格划分的方法及其实现。它采用活性边表法的快速求交算法 ,提高了网格运算的速度。基于层面特征信息的可变网格 ,使成形零件仅在较复杂处的层面有较密的网格 ,从面提高了成形后的废料可分离性和生产效率。
In this paper, the principle of separating waste material in LOM rapid prototyping is analyzed and a new method called variable grid is provided. The method adopts a quick algorithm for seeking points between lines and polygon and then the speed of grid division is improved greatly. Only the complicated part of model has dense grid with this method .So that the waste material can be separated easily and the efficiency of prototyping can be improved as well.
