摘要 论述了夹具的封闭性和夹紧点与夹紧域的问题 .定义了自由运动锥 ,用以分析定位元件的布局对工件在夹具上的可达性和可分离性的影响 ,并导出可达性和可分离性条件 .进一步导出了约束锥 ,即自由运动锥的极锥 。 The closure of fixtures, clamps and the clamping domain were discussed. A free motion cone used to judge whether the workpiece was accessible to the fixture as well as detachable from the fixture was defined. The accessibility and detachability conditions were given. According to the duality theory in convex analysis, a polar of the free motion cone, namely, the constrained cone, was derived. By using the constrained cone, the positions of clamps and the feasible clamping domain were determined where the workpiece was fully constrained.
