牛樟芝胶囊对大鼠四氯化碳肝损伤的保护作用研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:观察牛樟芝胶囊对四氯化碳(CCl_4)所致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用,并与甘草酸二铵胶囊作用效果进行比较。方法:用CCl_4制备大鼠中毒性肝损伤模型,观察牛樟芝胶囊对大鼠血清中ALT、AST和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)变化的影响,以及对肝脏病理损伤的作用。结果:模型对照组与阴性对照组比较,动物体质量降低,肝脏绝对质量(15.13±2.01)g和相对质量(4.32±0.36)g/100 g增高,ALT(189.9±50.4)IU·L^(-1)、AST(249.1±47.6)I U·L^(-1)、LDH(1 740.8±522.0)IU·L^(-1)均显著增高(P<0.05),肝组织病理损伤明显加重,肝损伤模型成立。中剂量牛樟芝胶囊(1.08 g·kg^(-1))可使肝损伤大鼠的ALT(126.7±31.4)IU·L^(-1)、AST(175.2±38.9)IU·L^(-1)、LDH(1 013.7±342.5)IU·L^(-1)明显降低(P<0.05);高剂量牛樟芝胶囊(1.62 g·kg^(-1))可使肝损伤大鼠的ALT(138.0±50.0)IU·L^(-1)和AST(189.1±56.7)IU·L^(-1)明显降低(P<0.05),肝组织病理损伤明显改善(P<0.05),优于甘草酸二铵胶囊。结论:牛樟芝对大鼠CCl_4肝损伤有保护作用。 To observe the protective effect of Taiwanofungus camphoratus capsules on rat liver injury induced by tetrachloromethane (CCl_4 ) and compare with that of diammonium glycvrrhizinate capsules.Method:The level of alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in serum were measured to determine the protective effect of Taiwanofungus camphoratus capsules on the liver injury rat model induced by CCl_4.The level of liver histopathological injury was also examined.Result:The liver injury rat model was made by CCl_4 with obviously increased level of ALT,AST and LDH,decreased absolute liver weight and relative liver weight as well.The medium dose(1.08 g·kg ) of Taiwanofungus camphoratus could decrease significantly the level of ALT,AST and LDH of the injured liver(P 0.05 ).The high dose(1.62 g·kg^(-1)) of Taiwanofungus camphoratus could decrease significantly the level of ALT and AST,and improve significantly the histopathological injury of the liver (P0.05),which was superior to diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules.Conclusion:Taiwanofungus camphorate capsule shows protective effect on liver injury induced by tetrachloromethane.
