摘要
研究了传统串行CAD→CNC的体系结构 ,分析了高速切削技术与数控切削加工技术的主要区别。运用并行工程思想 ,提出了一个基于“具有设计 /制造特征的产品信息模型、智能化CAPP系统和高速切削CNC技术”的CAD/CAM/CNC集成系统。同时阐述了其中的一些关键技术。
This paper investigates the traditional serial system of CAD→CNC ,analyzes the main difference between high-speed cutting technology and NC cutting technology.Using CE concept,a CAD/CAM/CNC integrated system is put forward,which based on “product information model containing design/manufacture feature、intellectual CAPP system and high-speed cutting CNC technology”.Some key technologies in this system are introduced also.
