摘要
在数控系统中,计算机技术与数控技术越来越紧密地结合,由此而产生的开放性数控系统正在取代传统形式的数控系统.随着计算机控制技术和先进制造技术的发展,开放式数控系统成为CNC发展的潮流.提出了以可编程运动控制器为控制系统核心的开放式数控系统,介绍了该系统的硬件结构、工作机理及其软件的主要组成模块,并阐述了可编程运动控制器与上位机之间运用动态链接技术实现的通讯方式.
More and more, PC is being combined closely with NC in CNC system. Consequently, opened CNC system is replacing the traditional Numerical Controlling system. With the development of computer controlling and advanced manufacturing technology, modern and opened NC system is becoming the CNC trend. This paper also introduces an opened NC system, which was developed based on PC in Windows.The kernel of the opened CNC system is the Panel of Multiple Movement Control. This paper also introduces the structure design of hardware, operating mechanism and main modules of software. The communication between Panel of Multiple Movement Control and main computer is described.
