摘要
对目前丹参提取新工艺的研究进展进行综述.研究超声–浊点萃取、动态循环法提取、超临界CO2提取、半仿生提取和微乳闪式提取等提取方法.超声–浊点萃取完全取代了有机溶剂,可以同时提取水溶性和脂溶性成分.动态循环法最大限度转移药材中有效成分;SFE–CO2萃取法对低分子质量的脂肪烃、低极性的亲脂性化合物溶解性能优异,对于强极性物质可加入夹带剂来提高溶出;半仿生提取法既避免了高温破坏药效活性成分,又体现了酶在药效成分系数中的作用.O/W型微乳提取简化了工艺流程,节约能源;微乳闪式提取具有高效、快速的特点.采用新技术提取丹参具有良好的应用前景.
This paper presented the new process of salvia miltiorrhiza extraction . This paper discussed the ultrasonic - cloud point extraction, dynamic cycle method extraction, super- critical CO2 extraction, and semi - bionic extraction and micro emulsion flash type extraction and extraction method. Ultrasonic - cloud point extraction completely replaced the organic solvent, can also extract water - soluble and fat - soluble components. Dynamic cycle meth- od maximum transfered active ingredients in medicinal materials; SFE - CO2 extraction method is excellent for low molecular weight of fat hydrocarbon, low polar lipotropy com- pound solution performance, can mix the entrainer into a strong polar material to improve di- gestion;semi- bionic extraction not only avoid the high temperature damage efficacy active ingredients but also has reflected the enzyme in the role of drug ingredients coefficient . O/W microemulsion extraction simplified process, save energy; micro emulsion flash type extrac- tion was fast with high efficiency . New technology of salvia miltiorrhiza extraction has a good application prospect.
