摘要 目的探究血培养病原菌的分布以及耐药性。方法选取我院临床血培养合格标本进行血培养及药敏鉴定,并分析其细菌菌谱及耐药性。结果分离率前三位的病原菌为凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌及金黄色葡萄球菌,其分离率分别为37.6%、18.8%、11.2%;葡萄球菌属病原菌对青霉素耐药性较高,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对复方新诺明及苯唑西林耐药性高于金黄色葡萄球菌,后者对利福平耐药性高;大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南等抗生素耐药性较低。结论血培养病原菌种类复杂,应重点关注感染情况,规范诊疗操作,避免感染发生,保证疗效。 Objective To explore the blood culture pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance.Methods The clinical blood culture specimen blood culture and drug sensitivity and identification,and to analyze the bacterial spectrum and drug resistance.Results The rate of isolation of pathogenic bacteria of three for the coagulase negative staphylococcus,escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,the separation rate was respectively 37.6%,18.8%,11.2%;staphylococcus of penicillin resistance high pathogenic bacteria,coagulase negative staphylococcus to cotrimoxazole and oxacillin resistance higher than that of Staphylococcus aureus,the latter of rifampin resistance;Escherichia coli to imipenem and antibiotic resistance of lower.Conclusion The pathogens blood culture complex infection should be focused on,standard of diagnosis and treatment of operation,to avoid infection,ensure efficacy.
