摘要
目的根据本院2016年9月至2017年9月血培养中病原菌分布及耐药情况,指导临床合理选择抗菌药物。方法采用BD-BACTEC全自动血液培养仪对血培养瓶连续监测,对阳性标本及时涂片和转钟,用Micro Scan Walk/Away-40 plus全自动微生物鉴定和药敏系统进行鉴定。结果 6 210例血培养标本中分离出病原菌618株,阳性率9.95%。大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对亚胺培南、美罗培南的敏感率为100.0%。金黄色葡萄球菌和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、替考拉宁的敏感率为100.0%。结论本院血培养病原菌种类复杂,耐药性差异较大,监测病原菌的种类及耐药性,有助于临床合理用药。
Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens bacteria in blood culture from September 2016 to September 2017, in order to provide evidence for rational selection of antimicrobial agents. Methods The BD-BACTEC fully automatic blood culture instrument was adopted to conduct the continuous monitoring on blood cul- ture bottles. The positive specimens were timely smeared and switched to cultivation. The bacteria identification and drug resistance analysis were performed by using the MicroScan Walk/Away-40 plus automatic microbial identification and drug susceptibility test analysis system. Results Among 6 210 blood culture samples, 618 samples were positive and the positive rate was 9.95%. The sensitivity of escherichia coli and klebsiella pneumoniae to imipenem and meropenem was 100.0%. The sensitivity of staphylococcus aureus and coagulase negative staphylococcus aureus to vancomycin, liniazolamide, teieoplanin was 100.0%. Conclusion The blood culture of our hospital is complex, the drug resistance is different, and the types and drug resistance of pathogens bacteria are monitored, which can help the rational use of drugs.
