摘要
随着社会的发展、科技的进步，时代给学校教育带来了全新的发展，同时也给教学带来了更多的要求。教师这一教学主体在整个教学过程中应积极主动地观察新现象、掌握新方法、融合新思路，寻求让小学英语课堂充满生机的方式方法。小学英语新课标的出台，指明了教师在现行教学工作中的改革方向，提示了创新型教学的整体思路。因此，以学生为主体的新教育观点要求教师对课堂进行深入有效、符合教学对象特点的改变。
With social development and technological progress, the era brings new development to school education, but it also proposes more requirements. The teacher, as the main part in teaching, should actively observe new phenomena, grasp new methods and integrates new ideas in the whole teaching process, so as to find the methods of making primary school English classroom full of vitality. The new curriculum standard for primary school English indicates the teacher＇s reform direction in the present teaching and points out the overall idea of innovative teaching. Therefore, the new outlook of student-centered education requires tbe teacher deeply, effectively and flexibly change the classroom.
