摘要
以氢氧化钾、氧化铌和硝酸镧为原料,采用水热法合成了结晶度高、掺杂不同含量的稀土La的K4Nb6O17纳米片状材料。借助XRD、SEM-EDX和Raman等技术手段对催化剂进行了表征。研究结果表明,La的掺杂并未改变催化剂材料的晶体结构,La/Nb摩尔比为0.5%的铌酸钾具有最佳的光催化活性,对以有机染料罗丹明为目标降解物的反应具有高效的光催化降解性能。在36 W紫外灯作用下,30 mg催化剂可以在80 min内实现对100 mL的罗丹明溶液(20 mg/L)的快速降解。
La doped nano-flake K4 Nb6O17 photocatalysts are synthesized by using KOH,Nb2O5 and La (NO3)3 as starting materials via one-step hydrothermal method.The prepared nanoparticles are characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),Raman spectra and scanning electron microscopy combined with Energy Dispersive X-ray analysis (SEM-EDX) techniques.The results show that the crystalline structure of K4Nb6O17 remain constant after doping of La element.The catalyst with a La/Nb molar ratio of 0.5% has the best performance for rhodamine degradation.Under the radiation of ultraviolet lamp (35 W,λ =254 nm),30 mg of catalyst can effectively degrade 100 mL of rhodamine with a concentration of 20 mg/L in 80 min.
