摘要
采用ISSR分子标记技术对桂林3个居群的30份大旗瓣凤仙花样品进行遗传多样性分析,结果表明,6个被筛选到的ISSR引物共扩增出52条谱带,其中47条为多态带,多态率达90.38%,表明桂林大旗瓣凤仙花资源的遗传多样性非常丰富。居群间遗传分化系数为0.04838,基因流为2.8626,表明居群间存在较低的遗传分化,这可能主要是由其繁育特性造成的。聚类分析结果表明,采自同一产地的不同大旗瓣凤仙花样品未能严格聚合在一起,此结果可能是由于采样地地理距离较近或者花粉的传播方式所致。
Inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR) molecular technique was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 30 Impatiens macrovexilla individuals from 3 populations. The results showed that 52 ISSR bands were amplified by 6 primers, among which 47 bands were polymoIphic bands and the polymorphie rate reached 90.38%. This result revealed that there was rich genetic diversity among resources of 1. macrovexilla in Guilin. The genetic distance among populations was 0.04838 and Nm was 2.8626. Such low level of population genetic differentiation might result from the breeding system of these species. UPGMA cluster analysis showed that several individuals from the same area failed to be grouped together first, which might result from the close distribution of 3 populations and the breeding system of this species.
