摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证治疗慢性闭角型青光眼患者的临床疗效及对视野的影响。方法:将76例慢性闭角型青光眼患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予西药常规治疗,观察组根据中医辨证分型给予相应的中药治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后眼压为(16.2±1.3)mmHg,视野平均缺损(MD)为(1.92±0.37)dB,临床总有效率为91.1%;对照组治疗后眼压为(20.7±1.5)mmHg,视野平均缺损(MD)为(3.79±0.46)dB,临床总有效率为69.7%;两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗慢性闭角型青光眼能显著提高临床疗效,具有重要临床应用价值。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM treatment for patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma and visual field defects. Method：76 patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given conventional western medicine,according to TCM syndrome type,The observation group was given medicine treatment,to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Result：The intraocular pressure of the observation group was（16.2±1.3）mm Hg,the visual field mean defect（MD） was（1.92±0.37）dB,the total clinical effective rate was 91.1%,the intraocular pressure of the control group was（20.7±1.5）mm Hg,the visual field mean defect（MD）was（3.79±0.46）dB,the total clinical effective rate was 69.7%,there were significant differences between the two groups（ P 0.05）. Conclusion：TCM can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of chronic angle-closure glaucoma,it has important clinical value.
