摘要
目的:研究楤木皂苷对大鼠肝纤维化的影响及其可能的机制。方法:采用皮下注射四氯化碳诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,楤木皂苷给药8周,MASSON染色观察胶原纤维增生情况,检测各组大鼠肝脾指数、血清肝功能、LN、COI-Ⅲ、COI-Ⅳ的变化。结果:楤木皂苷30 mg/kg、60 mg/kg可减少肝细胞变性、坏死和纤维增生程度,改善肝功能,降低血清中LN、COI-Ⅲ、COI-Ⅳ的含量。结论:楤木皂苷对大鼠肝纤维化有防治作用,其机制可能与保护肝功能、降低血清中LN、COI-Ⅲ、COI-Ⅳ的含量有关。
Objective: To study the effects and the possible mechanisms of Aralia saponins on rats liver fibrosis.Methods:The rat model of liver fibrosis was induced by hypodermic injection of CCl4.The models were intragastric administrated by Aralia saponins for 8 weeks.collagen fibre hyperplasia was observed by MASSON staining.Liver and spleen indexes,hepatic function,serum levels of LN,COI-Ⅲ,COI-Ⅳ were detected.Results:Aralia saponins(30 mg/kg、60 mg/kg)can reduce the degeneration and necrosis of liver cells and improve hepatic function,and reduce LN,COI-Ⅲ,COI-Ⅳ in serum(P0.05).Conclusion: Aralia saponins have preventive and therapeutic effect on rats liver fibrosis.the mechanism is related to the protection of the function of liver cells and the reduction of LN,COI-Ⅲ,COI-Ⅳ in serum.
