摘要
目的利用超声筛查婴儿的髋关节发育不良及异常情况。方法采用Graf超声检查方法对6170例婴儿进行髋关节发育不良筛查,根据分型及诊断标准判定可疑髋关节发育不良、髋关节发育异常及脱位情况。结果检出可疑髋关节发育不良107例,阳性率为1.73%;髋关节发育异常或脱位17例,阳性率为0.28%。本地和外地籍可疑髋关节发育不良或异常婴儿阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。男婴和女婴可疑先天性髋关节发育不良或不稳定关节、髋关节发育异常或脱位的阳性率比较差异均有统计学意义(χ^2值分别为82.127、18.789,均P〈0.05)。结论通过超声筛查婴儿发育性髋关节发育不良,为早期治疗创造了条件.且在随访观察、疗效跟踪和治疗调整中发挥著奄耍作用.
Objective To screen developmental dysplasia of hip (DDH) and anomalies in infants by ultrasound. Methods Graf uhrasonography was performed on 6 170 infants to screen DDH. Suspicious DDH, DDH and dislocation were determined according to classification and diagnosis criteria. Results Among screened 6 170 cases, 107 cases were detected as suspicious DDH, and the positive rate was 1.73%. DDH or dislocation was found in 17 cases, and the positive rate was 0.28%. The difference in positive rate of suspicious DDH or anomalies between local and floating infants was not significantly different ( P 〉 O. 05 ). There were significant differences in positive rate of suspicious DDH or unstable joint, anomalies or dislocation between boys and girls (χ^2 value was 82. 127 and 18. 789, respectively, both P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Ultrasonic screening of DDH in infants creates condition for early treatment, and it plays an important role in the follow-up observation, curative effect tracking and treatment adjustment.
