摘要 通过置于双通道交叉射流喷嘴中心通道的旋流器产生旋流 ,在 1 m× 4 m的大型冷模装置上 ,测定了射流携带床气化炉内的冷态停留时间分布 ,得到了停留时间分布密度函数的显式数学表达式 ;给出了实验范围内模型参数与无因次相似准数 S、Ct和喷嘴环隙与中心射流动量比 Gr之间的关系。 The residence time distribution of jet entrained gasifier has been measured in a large scale cold model ( 1m×4m) gasifier based on swirling jet flow that produced by a swirler installed in concentric channel of twin fluid concentric intersective jet nozzle. The results showed that the flow pattern of the gasifier was near to ideal mixing flow and the macro mixing process could be improved by swirling flow. It also showed that the greater of swirling number, the lower mass fraction of fluid leaving gasifier before mean residence time. Post by pass mixing model for the residence time distribution in gasifier has been constructed based on the net work synthesis technique. The explicit mathematic equation of the residence time distribution density in gasifier has been obtained by Laplace transform. The relationship of the model parameter with the swirling number S , dimensionless similarity number Ct and the momentum ratio of concentric jet flow to annular jet flow G r has also been given under the experiment conditions. F test for model showed that model value well agreed with experimental data.
