摘要
在筒体为φ320mm×8mm,而结构与尺寸不同的三种有机玻璃容器中,测试了送入空气的停留时间分布(RTD)。得到流型与射流量、高径比、出口通道面积之间的相互关系,进而提出了RTD密度函数数学模型。
Followed by the RTD measurements in Tour vessels,further RTD measurements were carried out in another three vessels of different geometric dimensions.The relationships of air flow pattern with the air spraying quantity,the length to diamater ratio of vessel and the cross sectional area of outlet were obtained.A mathematical model based on the function of RTD density was also presented.
