甲壳寡糖对腺嘌呤诱导的慢性肾衰竭大鼠的治疗作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨甲壳寡糖对腺嘌呤诱导的慢性肾衰竭大鼠的治疗效果。方法采用灌胃腺嘌呤诱导SD大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭模型,在甲壳寡糖灌胃后14d和28d观察比较正常对照组,模型对照组,尿毒清颗粒组,甲壳寡糖高(H)、中(M)、低(L)组大鼠血清肌酐(SCr)和尿素氮(BUN)含量,肾组织中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽氧化酶(GSH-Px)活力,计算各组肾脏重量系数及观察肾组织病理学。结果治疗28d后,甲壳寡糖H、M、L组均可降低慢性肾衰竭大鼠的血清SCr、BUN水平,升高肾组织中T-SOD、GSH-Px水平。其中甲壳寡糖H组相对与模型对照组,血清SCr、BUN含量分别降低87.13%、52.93%,肾组织中T-SOD、GSH-Px活力分别升高62.41%、55.90%,在降低血清SCr和提高肾组织中T-SOD、GSH-Px水平方面效果极显著(P<0.01),且比尿毒清颗粒组效果好。结论甲壳寡糖对慢性肾衰竭大鼠有一定程度的改善作用,对肾组织有一定的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of Chitooligosaccharide on the Chronic Rennal Failure Rat Model Induced by Adenine. Methods Chronic rennal failure rats were induced by adenine and were ran-domly divided into model control group, Niaoduqing group, and Chitooligosaccharides high, medium and low dose groups. Serum Creatinine (SCr), Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN), and Total Superoxide Dismutase (T-SOD), Glutathione Oxidase (GSH-Px) activity of renal tissue, kidney weight coeffi- cient, pathological changes of kidney tissue, of each group were detected at different times. Results Therapeutic groups had effect on reducing the SUN and SCR levels and enhancing the activities of T-SOD and GSH-PX in kidney compared to the model group. In Chitooligosaccharides high dose group, the levels of SCr and BUN are 87.13% and 52. 93% lower, while the T-SOD and GSH-Px activities of renal tissue are 62.41% and 55.90% higher than those in the model group respectively and better than the Niaoduqing group. Conclusion The results suggested that the Chitooligosaccharides had a good ther-apeutic function on the rats chronic rennal failure model induced by ademine.
