摘要
目的观察尿毒清颗粒对慢性肾衰竭大鼠模型的防治作用。方法将24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和尿毒清颗粒组,除正常对照组外,其余两组每日上午均给予腺嘌呤(250 mg/kg.d)灌胃造模,连续21 d,造模同时,尿毒清颗粒组每天下午给予尿毒清颗粒(2 g/kg.d)进行干预治疗,连续35 d。实验期间观察大鼠的一般症状、体重和饮食量变化,分别在实验第21 d和第35 d收集大鼠尿液和血液,测定24 h尿量和尿蛋白量、血清肌酐和尿素氮变化,治疗结束后处死大鼠,检测大鼠肾脏的大体形态,并对肾脏组织进行病理形态学观察。结果治疗结束后,与模型组相比,尿毒清颗粒可以改善大鼠的一般症状,增加大鼠体重、饮食量;减少大鼠24 h尿量和尿蛋白量、血清肌酐和尿素氮含量;减轻肾组织的病理变化。结论尿毒清颗粒对慢性肾衰竭大鼠模型具有防治作用。
Objective To study the effect of Niaoduqing particles in prevention and treatment of chronic renal failure rats.Methods Twenty-four SD male rats were divided into three groups: normal group,model group,and Niaoduqing particles group.Each rat in model group and Niaoduqing particles group was infused with adenine(250 mg/kg.d) into stomach every morning for 21 days,meanwhile Niaoduqing particles group was given Niaoduqing particles(2 g/kg·d) every afternoon for 35 days.During the experimental period,we observed each rat for the changes of general condition,body weight,dietary and drinking amount.On the 21st and 35th days of the experiment,we collected and detected 24-hour urine quantity and urine protein,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen of the rats.At the end of the experiment,we killed the rats and examined the renal morphological changes and histopathologic features.Results As compared with model group,Niaoduqing particles could improve the physical status and symptoms,increase body weight and dietary-drinking amount,decrease 24-hour urine quantity and urine protein,reduce the levels of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen,and alleviate pathological changes of the kidney tissue.Conclusion Niaoduqing particles have a good effect on preventing and treating chronic renal failure rats.
