全密度聚乙烯装置1-丁烯单耗高的原因及解决办法

摘要 分析了中国石油兰州石化公司30万t/a全密度聚乙烯装置生产DFDA-7042牌号时1-丁烯单耗高的原因并提出了解决问题的办法。结果表明,采取适当延长产品出料系统B阀的打开时间,将反应器中1-丁烯的质量分数控制为11.5%~12.0%,将高压集液罐的压力由1.05 MPa逐步提高至1.30~1.65 MPa,将脱气仓上部氮气吹扫量降低至1 100~1 350 m3/h措施后,1-丁烯单耗显著降低。 The reason of high 1 -butene unit con- sumption in producing linear low density polyethy- lene (LLDPE) DFDA 7042 was analyzed in the 200 kt/a LLDPE/high density polyethylene(HDPE) unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChi- na,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. The results showed that the 1 -butene unit consumption was decreased evidently when the fol- lowing measures were taken:extending the durationof valve opening appropriately in product discharge system, controlling 1 -butene mass fraction in reac- tor to 11. 5% - 12. 0% , increasing the pressure gradually in high pressure liquid collection tank from 1.30 to 1.65 MPa and decreasing the purge nitrogen amount on the top of degasification chamber to 1 100 - 1 350 m3/h.
