摘要
为了深入探讨高校教师教育技术的培训效果,研究者首先依据文献整理,寻找到了合适的评价模型;其次,通过问卷调查和课堂观察,获取了柯式模型中四个层次的实验数据;最后,通过数据分析揭示了培训中存在的优势和不足,为培训工作的进一步改进,提供了些许建议。
In order to explore the effect of faculty training on educational technology,firstly,an appropriate evaluation model was found on the basis of literature review.Secondly,the researchers acquired the experimental data of the four levels in the Kirkpatrick’s Model from questionnaires and classroom observation.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the training were revealed by data analysis,and some suggestions were provided for the further improvement of the training program.
