不同人群对西点饮食健康知识、态度、行为的现况研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]调查不同人群对西点饮食知识、态度、行为的现状及其对健康知识的需求情况,探索进一步提高人们对西点认识的有效途径,以期为指导人们群众正确、健康选用西点提供依据。[方法]采用方便抽样方法、使用自行设计调查问卷对1 499名郑州市市民和高校学生进行调查。[结果]调查对象西点饮食知识、态度、行为、健康知识总体得分为13.77分±4.52分、9.24分±3.24分、16.82分±3.58分和15.17分±3.12分;大学生群体的西点饮食知识、态度得分最高,与其他群体相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),中老年群体的西点饮食行为得分最高,三人群之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]应重视公众对西点相关知识的教育需求,需要医学专业人员有针对性地开展相关的健康教育,促进西点饮食的积极正向态度,纠正不良行为,以促进人们健康饮食行为的形成。 Objective:To investigate the status quo of knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of different groups of people on diet health of baking food and their demands to health knowledge,so as to explore the effective approachs to enhance people’s cognitive level for baking foods further and provide evidences for guiding people to select right and healthy baking foods.Methods:A total of 1499residents and college students in Zhengzhou City were investigated by using convenience sampling method and self-designed questionnaire.Results:The knowledge score,attitudes score and behaviors score of surveyed objects on baking food diet and total score of health knowledge were respectively 13.77±4.52,9.24±3.24,16.82±3.58,and 15.17±3.12.The score of diet knowledge and attitudes of student population for baking food was the highest,compared with other groups,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05)Conclusion:The educational needs of the public for baking food related knowledge should be paid attention to,and medical professionals should carry out targeted relevant health education,to promote baking food diet positive attitude,correct bad behaviors,in order to promote the formation of people’s health eating behaviors.
