泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌耐药机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,鲍曼不动杆菌感染日益增多,并呈现多重耐药甚至是泛耐药趋势。泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌是指对治疗鲍曼不动杆菌感染的经验用药全部耐药者,但多黏菌素类除外。其耐药机制主要由质粒、染色体等介导,包括耐药酶的产生,外膜蛋白的减少、缺失或突变,药物"外排泵"的形成,药物作用靶位的改变,整合子等耐药基因转移单元的参与等5个方面。 Recently infections due to multidrug-resistance or even pan-drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii.Pan-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii refers to those resistant to all the experience anbiotics,but except for polymyxin.The mechanisms of resistance could be induced by plasmid,chromosome etc.,specifically including: generation of drug resistance enzyme;the reduction,deletion or mutation of outer membrane protein;the generation of drug efflux pumps;change of the drug target site;the generation of drugresistance gene like integrons.
