摘要
利用响应面法研究了菜籽油毛油酯交换法制备生物柴油的优化工艺条件.酯交换实验以菜籽油毛油和过量甲醇为原料,NaOH为催化剂,主要对反应温度、醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量等三个因素进行了参数分析,找到了对酯交换反应影响最大的条件因素,并确定了最佳的工艺条件为:反应温度60°C、醇油摩尔比7.9:1、催化剂用量1.9 wt%.此时生物柴油的产率可达99%.
The response surface methodology is used to optimize the reaction conditions of transesterification process to produce biodiesel. The transesterification reaction uses the crude rapeseed oil and excess methanol as raw materials, and uses NaOH as catalyst. Three influence factors are investigated: the reaction temperature, the mole rate of methanol to oil, and the catalyst contents. From the analysis of variance (ANOVA), the most influential factor on the experimental design response is identified. The optimum conditions for biodiesel production are found as tbllows: molar ratio of methanol to oil of 7.9:1, reaction temperature of 60 ℃and catalyst amount of 1.9 wt%. The optimum biodiesel yield is up to 99%.
