摘要
目的:确定参芪胶囊剂成型工艺条件.方法:以休止角、堆密度、吸湿性、临界相对湿度为考察指标,筛选出处方中辅料的品种、配比及最佳成型工艺,确定胶囊型号及装药量.结果:最佳成型工艺条件为浸膏与辅料(预胶化淀粉、三七粉)按100:70.59的比例混匀;所制颗粒流动性适中,临界相对湿度为60%,堆密度为0.9092g·mL-1,选用0号胶囊,每粒装0.6g.结论:该成型工艺合理、可行,为生产提供了科学依据.
Objective: To study the production procss of Shenqi Capsule. Methods: The best production process is determined by surveying the physical characters such as angle of repose, pile-density, hygroseopicity and critical relative humidity. Results: The cxtractum and accessory which are Sanchi Powder and Pregelatine starch are mixed evenly at 100:70.59. Tile granules of end product have a moderate fluidity, the 0.9092g.mL-1, and 0.6g is contained in each size 0 caps provide reliable basis for production critical relative humidity is approximately 68%, bulk densityle. Conclusion: The mokling technology is reasonable, and canprovide reliable basis for production.
