摘要
目的观察6倍ED95顺式阿曲库铵用于成人麻醉诱导气管插管的起效时间和作用效果,并探讨其最佳剂量。方法将2012年1月—9月我院择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者60例随机分为3组,每组20例。3倍ED95组(A组:0.15 mg/kg),6倍ED95组(B组:0.3 mg/kg),罗库溴铵组(C组:0.6 mg/kg),均用咪达唑仑0.05 mg/kg,异丙酚1.5 mg/kg和舒芬太尼0.3μg/kg诱导。患者入睡后,各组于5 s内单次静脉注入相应剂量的肌松药,使用肌松监测仪监测注射药物结束至成串刺激(TOF)为0时间,并评价插管条件以及不良反应。结果 3组患者均顺利完成气管插管,B、C组的插管条件明显优于A组,与A组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),B、C 2组无明显差异,3组不良反应无明显差异。结论 6倍ED95顺式阿曲库铵用于麻醉气管插管,起效更快,且不增加不良反应。
Objective To compare the two doses of cis-atracurium for adult onset time of anesthesia induced tracheal intubation and effect,and to investigate the optimal dose.Methods Analysis the 60 cases of hepatology admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to September 2012 elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients were randomly divided into 3 groups（n = 20）.3ED 95 group（A： 0.15mg/kg） 6ED 95 group（B group： 0.3mg/kg）,rocuronium group（C group： 0.6mg/kg）,are using the microphone midazolam 0.05mg / kg propofol 1.5mg / kg and sufentanil 0.3μg / kg induced the patient to sleep all groups within five seconds after a single intravenous injection of the appropriate dose of muscle relaxants,endotracheal intubation by attending more anesthesia doctors to operate,the end of the monitoring of injection drug use muscle relaxants monitor to TOF time,and evaluation of intubation conditions score,and adverse reactions.Result The three groups were the successful completion of intubation,intubation conditions of the B and C group was significantly better than the A group,there were significant differences（P〈0.01） compared with group A,B,C no significant difference between the two groups,adverse reactions was no significant difference among the three groups.Conclusion 6 times the ED95 cis-atracurium 0.6mg/kg rocuronium is more beneficial than 3ED 95-cis atracurium anesthesia endotracheal intubation,rapid onset,and adverse reactions does not increase.
