摘要
基于对现行铁路货运编组站的工作现状的分析,根据编组站人工摘钩的过程及特点,提出在编组站驼峰自动化中引入悬挂式自动摘钩装置的设想,并用Solidworks软件对该自动摘钩装置进行了三维设计。基于自动摘钩装置的3D模型,用Adams软件对其进行运动仿真分析,得到电磁吸盘重心的速度、加速度、位移曲线图。仿真结果证明该自动摘钩装置结构设计合理、运行平稳,能够替代人工完成货车摘钩作业,从而实现铁路货车摘钩自动化。
Based on the existing situation analysis of the railroad freight in marshalling yard and the studies on the process and features of artificial uncoupling,automatically hanging uncoupling device is introduced into hump automation and designed in 3D structure by the software of Solidworks.In addition,the simulation analysis of the automatically hanging uncoupling device is processed with Adams software.Finally,three graphs about the barycenter of electromagnetic chuck that include velocity,acceleration and shifting are obtained.The simulation results show that the automatically hanging uncoupling device has a reasonable structural design to be operated smoothly and steady and specially can complete uncoupling operation instead of the manual operation,consequently which can realize the automation of railway freight uncoupling.
