摘要
主要针对圆锥轴联接的扭矩计算问题进行研究。通过将圆锥面分解成点,求解其所能够产生的扭矩。首先,计算出一条母线上的所能传递的扭矩,进而推导得出了圆锥面接触的等效半径,通过分析计算,求出接触面产生的摩擦力,最终推导出圆锥面联接所能传递的扭矩的通用公式,随后,运用三维建模软件Solidworks建造简易模型,以合适的格式进行保存后导入动态仿真软件ADMAS,通过ADMAS进行仿真验证,证明了公式的正确性,并得出了摩擦系数的选用规则。
It mainly researched the torque calculation of the conical connection.The conical surface was disintegrated into points to get the torque produce by it.Firstly,one generatrix's torque was calculated to get the equivalent redius of the suface,then by the analysis and caulation the friction produced by the contact surface was get,and finally the general formula of caulation of the surface's torque was got.After that,it used the three dimensional software Solidworks to construct the model and choosed the appropriate type to save it.At last,it imported the model to the dynamic software ADMAS to analyze it and prove the correctness of it,and also it got the selection rules of the friction coefficient.
