挖掘机机液耦合复杂系统仿真分析及试验验证 被引量:7

摘要 为全面分析某型挖掘机机液耦合复杂系统,提出了基于数字化虚拟样机的评估方法。利用Amesim软件中的HCD(液压元件设计)库,从元件设计的角度建立挖掘机的液压系统模型,使得模型与实际系统更加贴近。借助三维造型软件Pro/E建立挖掘机装配模型,利用Adams软件建立挖掘机动力学模型。通过软件接口技术使得液压系统模型与动力学模型相互关联,建立了挖掘机机液耦合仿真模型。通过挖掘机样机试验测试,结果表明仿真数据与试验数据基本一致,验证了联合仿真模型的准确性。联合仿真模型可用于挖掘机系统方案设计、挖掘机样机性能评估,也可用于挖掘机系统优化的研究,为产品开发提供一种周期短、成本低的新方法。 In order to analyse complex hydraulic-mechanical coupling system of a certain excavator,the evaluation method based on digital virtual prototype was proposed.In order to be close to the practice,the hydraulic system model of the excavator was built by using hydraulic component design(HCD) in the software of Amesim.The assembly model of the excavator was established through the software of Pro/E,and the dynamic model of it was built under the circumstance of the software of Adams.The hydraulic-mechanical coupling model was built with the help of the interaction between the models of hydraulic system and dynamic system which forced by interface method.The actual test result showed the datas of the simulation was consistent of the test datas which verified the validity of the co-simulation model.The co-simulation model can be used to design the system,evalate the performance and optimize the system of the excavator.It provided a short development cycle and low-cost method to develop production.
