摘要
目的:观察推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选择60例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为手法治疗组和牵引对照组各30例,对照组采用四头牵引带牵引治疗;治疗组采用甘肃省中医院传统推拿手法,2组均每天治疗1次,每次治疗20～30分钟。2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后进行疗效比较,同时观察治疗前后患者疼痛缓解情况及症状、体征的变化。结果:推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效明显,尤其是控显率和显效率方面优势明显。结论:神经根型颈椎病采用推拿治疗能够取得良好效果。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of massage in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Method： Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The control group received traction and the control group traditional massage, and both groups were treated once per day, 20 to 30 minutes each time. Two weeks were one course of treatment. Clinical effects of both grousp were compared after two courses of treatment, the changes of symptoms and body signs, pain remission of the patients were observed before and after treating. Result： Massage in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy could obtain remarkable effects, especially in the controlling and remarkable effective rate and effectual rate with remarkable advantage. Conclusion： Treatment for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with massage could achieve better effects.
