摘要
广东省某高速公路东莞北特大桥为预应力混凝土T梁桥,在超重交通环境下桥面频繁出现病害,为不影响行车安全,对该桥上部结构进行维修加固:清除原桥面沥青混凝土铺装层,修补桥面板局部病害,并新铺混凝土整体化层,加铺薄层高模量沥青混凝土铺装层;将桥面连续改造为桥面结构连续;将K字端横梁改为矩形端横梁;更换支座及伸缩缝;对T梁局部进行加固等。实践表明,经过大修后虽然还存在个别缺陷,但桥梁上部结构的主梁刚度提高,梁体横向连接加强,整体受力状况得到改善,基本达到了预期的维修效果。
Dongguan North Bridge on an expressway in Guangdong province is a prestressed concrete T beam bridge. The bridge is frequently subjected to deterioration under heavy traffic loads. In order to ensure the traffic safety, the superstructure of the bridge was strengthened. The specific measures included eradicating the original asphalt concrete pavement on the bridge deck, repairing the local damages on the deck slab, paving a new integrated concrete layer, and adding a thin layer of high modulus asphalt concrete. In addition, the continuity of the bridge deck was transformed to the continuity of the bridge deck structure, the K-shaped end cross beams were changed to the rectangular end cross beams, the bearings and expansion joints were all changed, and some parts of the T beams were strengthened. It is proved that after the strengthening, the stiffness of the main beams in the superstructure of the bridge is improved, the transverse connection of the beams are intensified. Although certain drawbacks still exist after the rehabilitation, the overall load bearing condition is improved, and the maintenance and rehabilitation, on the whole, reach the expected effect.
