摘要
基于复合材料力学理论,建立了双因素、双参数的钢纤维混凝土抗拉强度普适计算模式.通过试验,分析了钢纤维混凝土极限抗拉强度与钢纤维体积掺率及基体强度等级的关系.进而结合试验结果,对比分析了现有典型计算模式在面向不同的基体强度等级时存在的弊端,并验证了双因素、双参数模型.在此基础上,通过对试验数据的回归分析,给出了计算模式中各参数的建议值.
In this paper, a model with double factors and double parameters for calculating tensile strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC) is established on the basis of composite material mechanics. The effects of volume fraction and concrete strength on tensile strength of SFRC are analyzed with an experiment. Then with a comparison study, the deficiencies of some existing typical models are discussed when they are used to deal with different concrete strengths, and the calculating model with double factors and double parameters is then verified. Futhermore, the suggested value of each parameter in the proposed model is given by regression analysis.
