摘要
2011年~2012年,对平坝县国家华山松良种基地1.5代种子园的主要入园无性系球果进行了解剖和分析,为提高华山松种子园种子产量和品质提供参考依据。高产籽无性系球果解剖主要性状差异较大,290个自由授粉球果解剖显示,球果的平均干重为146.0g,果纵径为14.2cm,果横径为6.9cm,总种鳞为93.3片,可育种鳞为69.8片,千粒重为325.9g,健全籽率为80.6%,单个球果平均净种重为28.4g。不同无性系连续2年单个球果的净种重和干重变异程度都较大,果纵径和果横径差异较小;可育种鳞、总种鳞、千粒重和健全籽率在不同年度间变异程度排序不一致。杂交组合球果的净种重比自由授粉球果明显提高,其它性状未发生明显变化。
From 2011 to 2012, 1.5th generation of clonal seed orchard of Pinus armandii Franch was investigated and studied for the anatomical traits of the cones of main clones. The results showed that the average values of the anatomieal parameters of the cones were as follows: dry weight was 146.0g, vertical diameter was 14.2era, horizontal diameter was 6.9 em, number of the seed scales was 93.3, number of fertile scales was 69.8, thousand seed weight was 325.9g, rate of the healthy seed was 80.6%, net seed weight of single cone was 28.4g. There were great differences among different clones in the dry weight and the net seed weight of single cone, with less difference in the number of vertieal and horizontal diameter. Different degrees of variation were observed in different years in the fertile scales, total number of seed scales, thousand seed weight, and rate of healthy seed. Cones from cross eombination showed obviously higher net seed weight than those from open pollination, with other traits showing no obvious variation.
