摘要
目的探讨妊娠合并结核的临床特点、治疗。方法回顾32例妊娠合并结核患者,分析不同孕期患者的临床特点及治疗结局。结果所有患者接受正规抗结核治疗后结核中毒及呼吸道症状均明显好转,10例中晚期妊娠孕妇在结核病情控制后分娩,母儿预后良好。结论结核病对母婴影响较大,应积极治疗,适时终止妊娠,以确保母婴健康。
Objective To observe the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of tuberculosis in pregnancy.Methods Analyzed the clinical characteristics and issue of tuberculosis in pregnancy.Results All patients received regular anti-TB treatment tuberculosis and respiratory symptoms of poisoning were significantly improved10 patients with advanced tuberculosis situation in the control of pregnant women after childbirth,mother of children with good prognosis.Conclusions Greater impact on maternal and child tuberculosis,should be actively treated and timely termination of pregnancy to ensure maternal and child health.
